It is registered under the LLP Act, 2008 and administered by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). Founders First Consulting is a private consultancy — we assist clients with incorporation, but incorporation itself is granted by the Registrar of Companies (ROC); we do not issue official documents on behalf of any authority.
Timelines depend on name availability, document readiness and processing at the relevant government portal. Our consultancy team works to minimise delays by ensuring documentation is complete and correctly prepared before filing. We will share an updated timeline at the consultation stage.
Typically required are identity and address proofs of all partners, photographs, registered office address proof, the proposed LLP name and a brief description of the principal business activity. During consultation, our consultants share a complete, partner-specific document checklist.
An LLP requires a minimum of two designated partners, and at least one of them must be an Indian resident. Our consultants can guide you on partner eligibility, designated partner requirements and ongoing responsibilities of each partner.
