Cancellation Policy
1. Nature of Services
All payments made to Founders First Consulting are for consultation, documentation, and facilitation services.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Fees are non-refundable in the following cases:
- Work has already been initiated
- Documents have been submitted to government authorities
- Delay or rejection due to government processes or policies
- Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client
- Change of mind after service initiation
3. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered only if:
- Service has not been initiated
- Duplicate payment made by error
- Company is unable to start the requested service
4. Government Fees
Government fees, statutory taxes, and third-party charges are non-refundable under any circumstances once paid.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days to the original payment method.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing via official email
- Once service processing begins, cancellation may not be possible
7. Discretion
All refunds are subject to management approval and will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
